Lien se Lankstaanskoene | Cool, sou ék sê, actually | English Summary

Lien se Lankstaanskoene by Derick van der Walt

Cool, sou ék sê, actually

Lien fetches Tibbey from his room at the bowls club to take him to the Entertainment Corner where he works. At first, Tibbey doesn't say a word, and Lien tells him to 'get a grip,' but she is truly worried. Once he is at his old begging spot, a motorist starts chatting to him, and he becomes his old, playful self. When Lien sees Tibbey being his old self, she cries joyfully. At tea-time, Tibbey tells Lien that she is a true friend. Lien visits Miemie, who shows her new tattoo of a broom.
