Droom-date – Martie Kruger
Jaco’s dad is taking him to meet a girl that Jaco met on MXit. Annabel Henning is her full name, but she goes by “Anna”. She’s shy, loves the colour red and thinks Jaco is funny. Jaco is already smitten despite never having met her. They’re having trouble finding her location because where they’ve ended up seems a bit strange. There is one single house right next to a graveyard. When Jaco knocks on the door of the seemingly abandoned house, there is no answer, but his dad makes the wild suggestion that perhaps Anna wanted to meet in the graveyard. He also expresses that he doesn’t want his son dating such a girl, but Jaco is adamant that he will meet her. He walks into the graveyard Jaco sees it, illuminated by the moonlight: Annabel Henning’s grave.
