Renewable and non-renewable resources

• Natural resources 

  • resources that come from nature.

• Renewable resources

  • these resources cant run out (water, wind, solar)

• Non-renewable resources

  • are resources that have a limit. (Coal, gold, oil) once they are used up there wont be anymore. 

• Fossil fuels

  • are fuels that contain carbon, they are deposits in earth in the form of decayed plants and animals. 

• Recycling

  • processing waste materials so that it can be used again.

Unwise usage of resources

• Resources are damaged 
• Resources are used up more quickly.

 e.g.) soil erosion due to poor farming methods, Cutting down trees and then not replacing them with young tress.
